Have you ever wondered about meditation but never knew where to start? Have you ever wanted to start meditating but felt that your life is too busy and your mind can't stop working? Have you ever found yourself stressed, worked up, overwhelmed, and just wanting to get control of a situation and work through it calmly? Have you ever felt or been told that stress affects your health adversely and you need to do "something" to manage it better?

I have too. And I needed help. And I had to do something.

So I ventured out and started learning. And practiced. And discovered. And fell down. And picked myself up. And tried again. Along the way, I discovered that what I only knew in theory, had profound positive effects in practice. And I started meditating.

And now, I am bringing that to you.

Join me in for a 90 min interactive Meditation & Emotion Control Workshop to explore at least three simple ways to meditate: a. Body Scan b. Guided Meditation c. Silent Meditation and discover where and how you can start. This workshop will start with a brief discussion about benefits of meditation, our stress responses, but also go over the perceived blocks to a meditation practice. End with time to reflect, chat, and ask questions.

This interactive session will bring you one step closer to the start of your personal journey of self discovery, a calmer mind, emotional control, better health, and a deeper sleep. Start with 10 min mini sessions and work your way up to a happier, healthier you.

Meditation & Emotional Control Practice with Aggi Kozlowska

Are you wanting to meditate but find it difficult to do all by yourself? Or do you simply enjoy the power of a group, or meditating community? Napoleon Hill famously said: "It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed."

In a spirit of such powerful words, join me and others for a 60 min Meditation & Emotional Control class on location or online. Let's help each other and succeed together. Each class will feature a brief reflection on a topic of challenges that we all face in our lives followed by a meditation. Each class will also challenge us to practice meditation via various approaches; be in body scan, guided meditation, or silent meditation.
